Entry forms for the contest can be downloaded from the St. Croix Falls Chamber of Commerce website at www.scfwi.com.  Forms are also available at RedBird. Contestants are asked to play three tunes: fast song (in 2), waltz (in 3/4) and player's choice- play whatever you want! - just try to keep it under say, 3 minutes.
